Andelin Adventures

Debby let me know that she was going to be in town for a visit, then Tiffany let me know that she was going to be passing through town on their way to Idaho to visit Wendy and I thought well if Debby and Tiffany are going to be HERE, might as well find out if Wendy wants to come down so we can ALL be together for a bit of a visit! And Wendy decided to come visit too! 😀

We tried to get pictures of Seth, Brooklyn and Amelia, but Seth was SUPER not happy about that at all, so we had to take pictures of the three of them on their mommy’s laps.

These little ones were all born within three months time, Seth being born in December, Brooklyn following in February and then Amelia in March.

Then we decided to get some pictures of Rexton and Denzel since they are only about a month apart.

Adam didn’t want to feel left out so he wanted a picture with the big boys too.

We had a great time hosting, and I’m glad that everyone’s travel dates could mesh together so well. We enjoyed making pizzas for dinner and dessert and trying different flavors of Italian sodas and just being able to be together.

We woke up to snow this Christmas morning! After waiting for everyone to wake up we came out to the living room to see what Santa brought.

We discovered that Santa brought us some nutcrackers!

Then the kids inspected their stockings.

Later we opened the rest of the presents.

We continued with the tradition of opening presents of pajamas tonight.

Adam was thrilled to see that he got some Batman pajamas! However, when we tried to get him dressed for bed we discovered that the zipper was broken, so we’ll have to exchange it at the store before he gets to wear any Batman pajamas.

We finished up the night with everyone picking out stockings and getting them laid out.

Tyra and Dinah left letters for Santa by their stockings, and Jeremy is just silly, hence the placing of his stocking upside down.

The thing I find funny about Tyra leaving a letter for Santa is that she is always so quick to deny the existence of Santa Clause, yet she is the first one to write him a letter. 😛

For meeting tonight, the kids got to make marshmallow snowmen.

As the Webelos den leader, Kyle made a snowman too.
