Chloe’s 2nd birthday

We celebrated Chloe’s 2nd birthday today! Tiffany is in town and staying with us, and Debby came out for the festivities as well. Chloe loved opening presents:

After dinner she was looking VERY tired. Which is very normal for after dinner on a Sunday. With 1 o’clock church the kids don’t get naps on Sundays and she was really close to drifting off to sleep.

Like that nice glazed over look? Hehe, as soon as I brought the cake over to her and we sang to her she got right back into the partying spirit. 🙂

I love that she is trying to smile and blow out the remaining candle at the same time. She’s so cute.

Happy Father’s Day

We didn’t give Kyle very much attention this father’s day, because it is also Chloe’s birthday. But like the awesome father that he is, he was willing to let Chloe have most of the attention for the day. 🙂 However before breaking into the birthday festivities, we made sure Kyle opened up his father’s day present:

I got him a pair of pac man pajama pants. 😀 Thinking about it now, I guess I should have had him model his pants so I could take a picture of him wearing them.

Busted

Tyra had been sent to her room to sit on her bed because she was being naughty in the backyard (climbing on the playhouse when she’d already been told that’s not allowed). And she decided that she was going to take my camera with her. Kyle and I were out in the garage doing it’s spring clean out so we didn’t know anything about it, until I found the pictures….

In addition to her taking pictures of just the random piles of mess or the wall, or the pictures on the walls she decided to try making faces at the camera and taking pictures of herself:
